Roommates
- Should all roommates sign the lease?
- Are all roommates responsible for only a portion of rent? If someone moves out, must the remaining roommates make up the difference?

Garage/Estate Sales: Garage, yard or estate sales are a low-cost source of used household goods such as kitchen items, bedding, toys and games, used clothing and furniture. They are short-term events by private individuals usually in an open garage or driveway of a home. Look for these to be advertised on local Facebook Marketplace groups. Bring cash to purchase.
