Introducing the New ISSS Portal

International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) is happy to introduce our new case management system, Terra Dotta. The client-facing side of the new platform is called the ISSS Portal. The ISSS Portal is now the platform used to manage international student requests at SCSU.

Terra Dotta Software benefits include:

• more robust and comprehensive systems with better service to students, scholars, and administrators
• enhanced user experience and additional transparency
• data security
• functionality to meet federal compliance

Logging Into the New ISSS Portal

The ISSS Portal for international students is now live and available for international students to submit requests!

Students will log in using their StarID (starID@go.minnstate.edu) and password.

New students must meet the following criteria to log into the ISSS Portal:

1. Receive official admission to St. Cloud State University
2. Accept offer of admission to St. Cloud State University
3. Activate your StarID and set password
4. Wait approximately 24 hours after StarID is activated to be able to use it.

If you are experiencing difficulty activating or using your StarID, contact HuskyTech, SCSU's technology support team.

Alumni and OPT/STEM OPT Log In Instructions:

1. Click on "OPT/Alumni Login"
2. Select "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your personal email and follow the prompts to create a new password
