Dependent Coverage Information
Eligible students who are enrolled in St. Cloud State University's international health insurance policy may also qualify to purchase insurance coverage from UnitedHealthcare for their dependents.
Dependents include:
- Student's legal spouse
- Student's children under 26 years old
If/when the student's coverage ends so does the dependents'.
For more information on how to enroll your dependents in St. Cloud State University's international health insurance policy, visit the United Healthcare Student Resources webpage. You will be required to complete a form from United Healthcare to request insurance coverage for your dependent. That form will require verification of eligibility from a Designated School Official (DSO) at St. Cloud State University.
