External Applicants

Applicants not currently employed with Minnesota State may visit the career site to search for and apply to open positions and track application status. During the application process, applicants will be prompted to create a profile in Workday, the talent management system. For assistance, contact Minnesota State.

Internal Applicants

All current university system employees must sign in to the career site through Workday to search for and apply to open positions, review posting details, and monitor application activity. Employees may also search for "Browse Jobs - Employees" in Workday search toolbar at the top to view available opportunities.

Internal Bid Posting

Internal classified vacancies are open for bidding only to current St. Cloud State University employees. To be eligible to bid, an employee must hold the same class designation as the vacancy and currently have a different shift, work area, or employment condition. No other applicants are eligible to participate.

Student Employment / Graduate Assistantships

Students seeking employment or internships may use Handshake, SCSU’s primary site for on-campus jobs, internships, and graduate assistantships, to search and apply for positions. Applicants not currently employed with Minnesota State will be prompted to create a profile in Workday during the application process.
