SupportU for SCSU Employees

The SupportU program consists of scheduled drop-in presentations focused on employee wellness, featuring both on-campus and off-campus partners. Employees are welcome to join any or all of the SupportU sessions.

The goal of SupportU is to enhance wellness, provide tools to increase resiliency, and support the holistic thriving of all our employees.

As part of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), SEGIP offers resources to benefit your daily life. Whether it's counseling, health, or just navigating everyday challenges, find services and support to enhance your Life and Well-Being.

WebMD Health Services

WebMD ONE offers resources to help you stay positive, push through life's challenges, and make healthy progress towards your personal goals. Take part in activities and challenges throughout the year by creating your Well-being Program account.

Miller Center Library

The University Library offers numerous resources for both employees and students. Faculty and Staff can use their campus card as a library card to access books, professional journal databases, research assistance, and much more.

Campus Recreation Membership

Improve your health with a Campus Recreation Membership! All memberships include discounts for faculty/staff, and access to the fitness center and Group X classes. Visit the guest services desk in the Student Recreation Center to purchase.
