Melissa Echeverri from Handshake

Melissa Echeverri serves as a Senior Relationship Manager at Handshake, the largest career platform for Gen Z talent - a community that includes over 18 million students from over 1,400 educational institutions and 650K employers. Melissa brings 15+ years of experience working in community-based and philanthropic organizations focused on bridging the gap between talent and opportunity for all students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds. Raised in a low-income, immigrant household, Melissa has lived through experiences that fuel her commitment to ensuring that all students, regardless of where they grow up, have access to the information and opportunities they deserve to make their dreams reality.

Lindsay Stanton

Lindsay Stanton is the President of Digi-Me, a video technology company for talent acquisition that helps organizations add new dimension to their job and employment brand messaging. During her time with the company, she has facilitated relationships with 30 partners, including the largest recruitment advertising agencies, global recruitment process outsourcers, and staffing firms.

As a subject matter expert on the use of video technology as a recruitment tool, Lindsay works closely with industry leaders, creating new and better ways to connect jobs and job-seekers. She has been a featured speaker at SHRM on the topic of “The Convergence of Video, Mobile, and Social for Talent Acquisition and Branding,” as well as a featured leader in the recruitment space through ERE, HRO Today, and major media outlets, including Forbes.com, ABCNews.com, and CCTV.

Lindsay Stanton

Nancy Walker, M.S. SHRM, SCP

Nancy Walker has been with Southwest Health and Human Services for 30 years and is currently the Deputy Director. She is well versed in all aspects of human resource management from “Hire to Retire”. Nancy’s motto is “Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life!”

Nancy has presented on various human resource topics at several conference on topics such as Generations in the Workplace, HR for supervisors/managers, DEI, and Unconscious Bias. She holds a Master’s in Business Management and is certified as a SHRM-SCP. She shared that generations in the workplaces is one of her favorite topics to speak on.
