Recruits, trains, and supervises graduate and undergraduate career advisors.

Facilitates training, supervision and mentorship of student staff. Manages budget and resources. Facilitates the overall function of day to day and long-term office operations by supporting the Career Center team in all effors to meet and exceed mission and goals.
