File Naming Conventions

All site assets/files need to follow our standard naming convention:

• All lower case
• Use single dashes for spaces (do not use underscores)
• No special characters
• Numbers are acceptable

Examples of correct names:

• monthly-newsletter
• faqs-2022
• events-and-activities

Examples of incorrect names:

• MonthlyNewsletter
• FAQs_2022
• Events & Activities

Faculty and staff photos should be named using this format: first-last (example: john-smith.jpg).
