270 square feet of rehearsal space with hard floors, white board, TV and computer access. This room can have tables and chairs in the room for a storage room, meeting space or rehearsal space.

- Half day rate: $50
- Full day rate: $100
- Qualified non-profits receive a discount on room rental rates
