Constitution of the St. Cloud State University Student Association

Preamble

We, the students of St. Cloud State University, establish this Constitution to identify, promote, and defend our rights as students. We uphold this document to ensure meaningful student participation as members of the St. Cloud State University community and to advocate for the interests and needs of all students and student organizations. Furthermore, we recognize this Constitution as the document that defines our rights as students and governs the Student Association.

Student Government Bylaws

The bylaws serve as the operating documents of the Student Government, outlining how the organization functions and ensures its success. Within the bylaws, you will find definitions, purposes, and the rights and responsibilities of committees, members, and the senate.
