About the Office of Clinical Experiences
OCE Mission
The mission of the Office of Clinical Experiences (OCE) is to secure quality field experience and student teaching placements for teacher candidates in the School of Education, in preparation for their roles as future educators.
Mandatory Student Teaching Fall 2013 Placement Meetings are Scheduled:
May 8th, 2013 Room EB A226 from 1:00 - 2:00
May 9th, 2013 Room EB A226 from 9:00 - 10:00 and 1:00 - 2:00
The School of Education, at St. Cloud State University, prepares teacher candidates in 23 licensure areas. The Office of Clinical Experiences (OCE) is specifically responsible for providing approximately 850 teacher candidates per semester with over 1,000 field and student teaching placements, in partnership with area school districts
