Special Education - Learning Disabilities (Graduate Certificate)

In the learning disabilities graduate certificate program you will examine advanced methods and interventions for serving students with moderate to severe learning disabilities. You will learn curriculum theory and how to develop and assess the curriculum for students. You must have a teaching license to gain admission into this graduate certificate program.
Program Highlights
- Includes an internship working with elementary and secondary school students with learning disabilities
- Students admitted for fall, spring and summer terms
- Can be taken as a student guest by students who only need one or two classes to meet the licensure requirements
- Meets the education requirements to seek Minnesota licensure upon completion
