Project Overview

In Summer and Fall 2025, St. Cloud State transitioned to Pharos Cloud as its primary print software solution, and in Summer 2025, plans to refresh and consolidate the campus printer fleet into a modern, consolidated set of shared devices with a smaller campus footprint. This includes placing new printers primarily in publicly accessible locations and leveraging secure print release to enhance both security and convenience.
