Silent Auction Donation

The popular silent auction is Wednesday, March 18th. You are not allowed to hold drawings for prizes in your booth. You may collect business cards for contacts, but you may not hold your own prize drawing. If you have something you want to give away, please use the opportunities for door prizes or silent auctions.
Proceeds from the auction support the Association’s training, scholarship programs and send lucky winner(s) to the IIMC Annual Conference.

Door Prize Donation

Another highlight of the Exhibitor Show on Wednesday, March 17 is the chance for participants to win fabulous door prizes. You are not allowed to hold drawings for prizes in your booth. You may collect business cards for contacts, but you may not hold your own prize drawing. If you have something you want to give away, use the opportunities for door prizes or silent auctions.

Offering an opportunity for a door prize is are real draw to your booth at the Exhibitor Show. Be sure to make it count and complete the Exhibitor Door Prize form (PDF).

Conference Location/Accommodations

The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn (320-253-0606) serves as the event headquarters, hosting most of the Conference events and holds the largest sleeping room block.

A block of rooms have been set aside.  The special rate is available until the block is sold out.

Alternate Accommodations

The Courtyard by Marriott (320-654-1661), holding a smaller sleeping room block, is connected to the other conference venues via skyway. the 2022 rate is $143 -$145 per night plus tax.

The Grandstay (320-251-5400), downtown St. Cloud offering spacious hotel suites. This is not connected to the conference venue. The 2022 rate is $129-$139 plus tax.  Please call hotel directly and ask for the MCFOA Block.

The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (St. Cloud East) (320-252-8282), situated off U.S. Hwy 10 offering guest rooms or suites.  This is not connected to the conference venue. Rate for 2020 is $95 plus tax.

The Holiday Inn & Suite St. Cloud (320-253-9000), situated off U.S. Hwy 15 and U.S. Hwy 23 offering guest rooms and suites.  This is not connected to the conference venue. The 2021 rate is $99 plus tax.

The Quality Inn (320-251-1500), situated at 4040 2nd St. S., Saint Cloud, offering guest rooms. This is not connected to the conference venue. The 2021 rate is $79.00. Use code LMCFOA.

Please call the hotel directly and ask for the MCFOA room block. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.  Once the room block is sold out, you can still reserve a room just not at the block rate.

Each hotel provides overnight guests with a broad range of amenities including heated swimming pools, whirlpools, exercise areas and a variety of dining facilities. Completing the St. Cloud site package is the state-of-the-art Rivers Edge Convention Center which will serve as the location for all exhibits and various Tuesday through Thursday Conference events.

The sleeping room blocks for Conference attendees (Kelly Inn and Courtyard by Marriott) are being held until they are sold out. Reservations received after will be accepted on a “space available basis” and at prevailing rates. Make your overnight reservations via mail, fax, phone or e-mail.

Cancellation Policy - 2021

Vendors canceling their registration on or before May 8, 2021 will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Written requests for cancellations MUST be emailed to register@scsutraining.com.

Should inclement weather (or other circumstances beyond our control) necessitate program cancellation or postponement, please listen to WCCO AM 830 or St. Cloud area station WJON AM 1240 for an announcement regarding delay or cancellation.
