Complete 21 Group Exercise classes between Sept. 8-Nov. 13 to earn a t-shirt and to be eligible to win JBL speakers!

2021 Indoor Duathlon

The Indoor Duathlon offers a spin on the traditional Duathlon! Participants will complete 6 miles on the Keiser™ indoor bike then hop on the treadmill for a 2 mile run. Register individually or as a two-person team. Limited to 10 teams and 20 individuals. All participants will receive swag.

Date: Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021

Time: Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. There will be six waves - one each half hour. Wave one will start at 9 a.m.

Registration Fee:

  • Early bird discount expires Feb. 14
    • $5 Individual
    • $10 Two-person team
  • Feb. 15-27
    • $10 Individual
    • $15 Two-person team

Leaderboard Fitness Challenge

Set Goals!

Get your name on the SCSU Fitness Center Leaderboard. Leaderboard challenges include max push-ups in 1 minute, max pull-ups in 1 minute, deadlift, bench press, 500 meter row, plank for time and 500 meter ski. The overall winners of the year will receive a prize plus have their name displayed on the leaderboard. 

Free event for all members. Sign-up required.

Test out dates:
