Riley S. - Head Personal Trainer

I am a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise with a specialty certification in Orthopedics. I am also a Nationally Certified EMT and Rocktape certified in both basic and performance taping. I graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 2012 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2013-2017. I have been active all my life and I love the challenges and growth that may come through obtaining your goals. Fitness is about materializing the stresses in our life and constructing it into a positive outlet. My goal is to give people an edge by letting them learn from my mistakes. I love educating people on this profession and watching clients grow as they accomplish their goals.

Walking and Biking Trails

4 That Start at St. Cloud State

Walking and biking trails as short as 0.6 miles and as long as almost 7 miles will give your muscles a workout.

Four start from the St. Cloud State campus and provide scenic walking and biking opportunities; others begin nearby.

This St Cloud Area "Get Moving" River Map shows a number of spots in the area that are perfect for combining outdoor exercise and fun.
