Employment Opportunities

The Department of Campus Involvement has some excellent employment opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. These challenging, rewarding positions help students to develop knowledge and skills that will assist them in their careers.

Office Assistants

Office Assistants provide service and leadership at the front desk. This position works with all six department areas, assisting with projects, providing customer service and front-line support to a diverse group of students, faculty, staff and community members.

Graphic Designers

Students serve as graphic designers for the six program areas. They use Mac computers and the Adobe Creative Suite to design items such as posters, flyers, brochures, signage, web graphics, digital marketing and advertising campaigns.

Internships (undergraduate)

We are seeking a Marketing and Promotions Intern for spring semester 2018 with the possibility of a renewal for the 2018-2019 academic year. 

This is a type of internship experience that requires you to have some previous leadership or related experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and promotions efforts for the entire department, including coordinating, organizing, and executing programs as a team and on your own.  The position will be taking programs, events, and activities from conception to execution, and will lead the department's social media presence.  


Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills and possess strong writing, planning, presentation and critical thinking skills.  Have some experience and/or knowledge of marketing, promotions, social media, etc.

- Minimum cumulative GPA 2.5
- Previous participation in at least one verifiable leadership or service experience
- Sophomore,junior, returning senior or graduate standing during the term of the internship
- If seeking transcript credit, approval for academic credit through major department is needed
- Obligation contract stating that you will participate in the program throughout the term of the internship
