Your next step is to schedule your Advising & Registration Appointment. During this one-on-one appointment, you’ll meet with a Student Success Advisor, learn more about getting started at SCSU, and register for your classes.

Log in to EAB Navigate using your StarID and password to view available appointments.
Our two appointment formats provide the same personalized advising and registration support. Appointments are available:
- In person on campus
- Online through Zoom
What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your Advising & Registration Appointment is designed to help you feel prepared and confident as you begin your SCSU experience.
During your appointment, you will:
- Meet one-on-one with a Student Success Advisor
- Discuss your academic interests and goals
- Learn about your first-semester course options
- Build your schedule
- Register for your classes
- Review important next steps before starting at SCSU
- Connect with campus resources and services based on your needs

Before Your Appointment
Complete Your To-do List
Before meeting with your advisor, eServices for any outstanding tasks or requirements. Completing these items early can help ensure you are ready to register.
Know Your StarID and Password
You will need your StarID and password to access EAB Navigate and other SCSU systems.
Think About Your Goals
- What are you interested in studying?
- What subjects or careers interest you?
- Do you have transfer, Advanced Placement (AP), or other college credit?
- Are there courses you are particularly interested in taking?
- Do you have questions about your first semester?
Prepare Your Questions
Your advising appointment is a great time to ask questions. Bring anything you are wondering about your academic program, courses, registration, or getting started at SCSU.

How to Schedule Your Appointment
You can schedule your Advising & Registration Appointment through EAB Navigate.
Follow These Steps
- Go to EAB Navigate using the link below.
- Log in
Use your StarID and password.
- Select “Schedule an Appointment”
You’ll find this button in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select “Advising & Registration”
Choose Advising & Registration as your appointment type.
- Select “Find Available Time”
Available appointments will appear.
- Choose your appointment format
Use the available filters to search for:
- In Person
- Online/Virtual
- Select your appointment
Choose the date and time that works best for you and complete the scheduling process.
After Your Appointment
Once you’ve completed your Advising & Registration Appointment, you’re one step closer to becoming a Husky!
Review Your Schedule
Log in to eServices and review your registered courses. Make sure your schedule looks correct and that you understand where and when your classes meet.
Complete Your Next Steps
Continue working through your SCSU enrollment checklist. Your next steps may include submitting required documents, completing financial aid tasks, or preparing for orientation.

Frequently Asked Questions
New students who have been admitted to SCSU should schedule an Advising & Registration Appointment to meet with an advisor and register for their courses.
Appointments are scheduled through EAB Navigate. Log in with your StarID and password, select Schedule an Appointment, choose Advising & Registration, and select Find Available Time.
Yes. Online/Virtual appointments are available through Zoom. Select Online/Virtual when searching for available appointments.
Please plan to have:
- A laptop or computer available for your appointment so you can access registration and other university resources with your advisor.
- A quiet location with a reliable internet connection where you can focus and participate in the appointment.
Yes. Select In Person when searching for available appointments in EAB Navigate.
Come prepared with questions about your academic interests, courses, major, and first semester. If you have AP, transfer, or other college credit, be prepared to discuss that with your advisor.
Yes. Your advisor will help you develop your schedule and complete course registration during your appointment.
