SCSU Military Benefits Form
Apply Each Semester
As a student utilizing military education benefits, whether your own or as a dependent, a SCSU Military Benefits Form must be completed. After registering for courses each semester, fill out the SCSU Military Benefits Form to notify the Certifying Official you would like to use your benefits for the semester.
