For instructional audio/video materials, captioning support may available. Requests submitted will be reviewed and prioritized as they come in based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, a need for accommodations, video type, course type, timeline needed, etc.

Captioning requests take approximately 4 business days to process from the time the request is approved. You will be contacted if there are questions regarding your request.

It is possible the publisher/content owner of your video has a captioned version available. Please email askalibrarian@stcloudstate.edu to confirm whether or not a captioned version of your content is available through library collections or elsewhere prior to submitting this form. Thank you.
