The federal Perkins Loan is no longer active. Federal law ended new Perkins Loans as of Sept. 30, 2017, with final disbursements permitted through June 30, 2018.
If you borrowed under the federal Perkins Loan Program from St. Cloud State University, your loan servicer is Heartland ECSI. Perkins Loan payments can be made on Heartland ECSI's site.
If you are no longer enrolled in school at least half-time (6 credits), you are required to complete repayment/exit counseling.
