The Department of Campus Involvement Front Desk serves as the hub of the department, and a central place for students, student organizations, and student organization Advisers, to come for a wide variety of resources and information, including the following:

The Department of Campus Involvement offer storage space to registered Student Organizations. Storage spaces are assigned based on usage, needs, and maintenance. Priority will be given to those organizations who currently occupy the space. Organizations interested in storage space should come to Department of Campus Involvement Desk (AMC-134). You will be provided with a locker request form and assigned a locker.
If a student organization needs a storage area unlocked in Atwood, or has forgot the combination to their locker, An officer or adviser can come to the Campus Involvement Front Desk during office hours (8a - 4:30p Monday - Friday) for assistance. Presidents, Vice Presidents, Treasurers, and Advisers indicated on the organization’s HuskiesConnect Profile are able to receive this information or be let into their organization’s storage space. Photo Identification will be checked. After hours, please go to the Atwood Information Desk and ask for the Building Manager to assist you.
Button-Making Machine:
A button-making machine is available, free of charge, through the Department of Campus Involvement- Student Organizations. Parts required to make 50 buttons are available for free to each organization per year. To make a reservation, email the organization name, date(s), time of pick up and return to campusinvolvement@stcloudstate.edu or call 320-308-2205. Reservations can also be made by visiting the Department of Campus Involvement Front Desk across from AMC 134 or calling 320-308-2205.
Supplies:
Department of Campus Involvement provides some supplies for use by student organizations.
Various colors of roll paper is available in the Student Organizations Work Room located on the lower level of Atwood Memorial Center. This work room is available for all student organizations. No reservation is necessary. It is unlocked at all times, and can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
Other supplies (scissors, stapler, markers, etc.) are available for check-out at the Campus Involvement Front Desk.

Walkie Talkies:
The Department of Campus Involvement has 9 walkie talkies and ear pieces available for student organizations to use at campus events. To reserve them, email the organization name, date(s) needed, and time of pick up and return to campusinvolvement@stcloudstate.edu or call 320-308-2205. Reservations can also be made by visiting the Department of Campus Involvement Front Desk across from AMC 134 or calling 320-308-2205.
Other Rentable Items
Campus Involvement has various sizes and shapes of glassware, water heaters, movie screens, etc. to be used for decorations at events and activities. You can see all these items here. To reserve these items, email the organization name, date(s), item numbers to campusinvolvement@stcloudstate.edu or call 320-308-2205. Reservations can also be made by visiting the Department of Campus Involvement Front Desk across from AMC 134 or calling 320-308-2205.
Sandwich boards/A Frames are available to be reserved through the Department of Campus Involvement Front Desk for events. To reserve one, send an email with the start and end date(s) and time(s) needed, and the name of the student organization to campusinvolvement@stcloudstate.edu. Sandwich boards/A Frames are not allowed to be used outside during winter months due to snow plowing concerns.
