Dan Golombiecki
Dan Golombiecki serves as Vice President for Finance and Administration. In this role, he provides executive leadership and strategic guidance across a variety of operations, including all finance and business operations, facilities, Public Safety, parking services, safety and risk management, and the Precision Driving Center of Minnesota.
Mr. Golombiecki supports the President's vision by providing strategic leadership in fiscal management, resource allocation, and operational excellence. He oversees the delivery of essential administrative services that support the University's students, faculty, staff, and campus partners while ensuring compliance with Board policies, regulatory requirements, and sound business practices. His focus is on fostering financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and collaborative decision-making to advance the University's mission and long-term success.
Progressive Leadership Experience
Mr. Golombiecki began his career in private accounting before moving to the Minnesota Department of Revenue as Sales Tax Auditor. In 2013, he began his career at St. Cloud State University as a Budget Analyst and as he gained valuable insight an knowledge was promoted to Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration. He was appointed Vice President for Finance and Administration on July 1, 2025.

Personal
A double alum of SCSU, Mr. Golombiecki and his family have lived in the St. Cloud area for over 25 years. He enjoys spending his free time with his very active family, exploring the outdoors, attending sporting events, and traveling.
