Education Abroad

Global learning is an essential experience for those studying political science and international relations.

Our professors lead several Education Abroad programs, providing a healthy emphasis on political science and international relations for those students who participate.

In Fall 2015, Professor Michelle Hammes will direct and teach in the university's program at Alnwick, England.

Professor Shoua Yang leads a tour to Bangkok, Thailand; Penang, Malaysia; and Vientiane, Laos; that broadens students' perspectives on the countries’ social, cultural, and political affairs. They learn how Buddhism, Animism, and European colonialism influence the cultures and countries and how to recognize the uniqueness and rich cultural heritages of these societies.
