Dr. Bagley serves as the Department of Nursing Science Chair, providing leadership for curriculum, faculty, students, and program operations while supporting continuous quality improvement. She teaches fifth‑semester courses, including capstone and leadership, with a strong focus on supporting student success and preparing students to pass the NCLEX and transition into professional nursing practice

Professor Chapp teaches Maternal-Child and Pharmacology. She also coordinates the RN to BS Completion Program, helping students with their Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) navigate coursework to complete their Baccalaureate degree.

Dr. Hilleren teaches foundational courses such as pathophysiology and health assessment, as well as adult medical-surgical nursing and evidence-based practice. Her clinical interests include acute and ambulatory care across the lifespan, nursing scholarship, and supporting student success and well-being in the nursing program and beyond.

Dr. Wilson teaches in mental health nursing, evidence-based practice, leadership, capstone, public health, and culturally sensitive practice. She teaches primarily in the RN to BS undergraduate program. She enjoys mentoring students interested in nursing. Her research interests include qualitative methods, grounded theory, and family research. She is vice chair of the CentraCare Internal Review Board and CentraCare Nursing Research Review Board.
