Jen Ouellette-Schramm

Jen Ouellette-SchrammDr. Jen Ouellette-Schramm is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Administration whose work bridges research and practice. She has led educational programs at the district and college levels, focusing on equitable outcomes and engaging complexity to drive positive change. Her research investigates how educational leaders navigate conflict, leverage polarities in change leadership, and the ways vertical development shapes leadership experience and capacity. Her work has been published in journals such as Discover Education, Adult Education Quarterly, and Reflective Practice, as well as in the Wiley Handbook of Adult Literacy. She is a certified scorer of the Subject-Object Interview and a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. Outside of academic life, she enjoys international travel, learning German, hiking, and hot yoga.
