Jen Ouellette-Schramm
Dr. Jen Ouellette-Schramm is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Administration whose work centers on how people learn, grow, and lead. Before joining SCSU she held leadership roles in school district, nonprofit, and community college settings, where she led educational change efforts aimed at creating equitable, collaborative and sustainable environments for students and educators. Her teaching spans educational master's and doctoral programs, where she helps aspiring and practicing leaders connect theory and practice while developing as researchers. Her scholarship examines leadership development, adult learning, and the capacities that help leaders navigate complexity, conflict, and change. She has contributed to faculty development initiatives across the Minnesota State system and currently serves as Director of the EDAD Doctoral Program and Chair of St. Cloud State University's Institutional Review Board.
