Guest experiences at St. Cloud State at Plymouth includes rooms with natural light, knowledgeable staff to assist and audiovisual equipment: projection system/screen, document camera, built-in computer, classroom phone, ITV security cameras, web conferencing with presenter and participant view cameras, laptop with HDMI connection, built-in microphone, speakers, wireless internet, in-floor charging.

Your investment includes tables and chairs to be arranged per your request with some limitations. Decorations are provided by the renting organization. We ask that decorating, food preparation, and cleanup be completed during the contracted reservation time.

University Events For St. Cloud State associates

Classrooms and/or conference rooms may be rented during our business hours of 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Reservations are required ahead of time. Reservations outside of normal business hours come with a fee of $75 per hour.

All rentals must adjourn and exit the building by 9 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.

Additional Fees

$100 cancellation fee if canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled rental
$30 per session technology/set-up fee when technology assistance is requested for video conferencing

Scheduling Schedule your event with ease

Academic Classes

All scheduling is completed by the St. Cloud State at Plymouth Facility Manager. Each program will submit a master schedule to the coordinator for classroom assignments prior to courses being entered into TCM. Due to limited classroom space, priority scheduling goes to full programs approved for the Plymouth location. Priority order for scheduling is:

Entire graduate programs offered at Plymouth
Stand-alone graduate courses
Other St. Cloud State courses

Special Events

Job fairs, open houses, meetings, small conferences or expos, and workshops are examples of special events that may be scheduled at St. Cloud State at Plymouth. Special events are allowed and encouraged on a space-available basis. These events must be scheduled with the St. Cloud State at Plymouth Facility Manager in advance and are not to interfere with academic classes.

When classes are in session, special events must be contained in one room. Availability for special events is greater during daytime hours.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Catering for special events must be arranged through an outside vendor and is the responsibility of the organization hosting the event. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Please inform the St. Cloud State at Plymouth Facility Manager of all catering arrangements.
