Coborn Plaza Apartments

An independent-living complex on Fifth Avenue, between campus and downtown St. Cloud. Part of the Coborn Plaza mixed-use development that includes retail and food establishments.


An unfurnished, on-campus, independent-living option in the northwest corner of campus.


Case-Hill Hall

Case Hall has a wing with two floors of men and two floors which are co-ed.  Hill Hall is a wing for women and a large lounge in-between. It's across the street from Performing Arts Center and kitty-corner from the library in Miller Center. In addition, it is conveniently located right across the street from the Public Safety Department.  Hill Hall main floor also the home to our current Health Services Department.

Lawrence Hall

Home to international students and domestic students who are committed to cultural exchange. Cupola-capped Lawrence Hall is on the Mississippi River, east of Atwood Memorial Center.

Mitchell Hall

Beautiful views of the Mississippi River and across-the-street access to the campus dining facility, Garvey Commons.

Sherburne Hall

A 13-floor tower on the north end of campus that is attached to our dining facility, Garvey Commons

Shoemaker Hall

South-campus views of the Beaver Islands, University Drive and our Huskies Athletics facilities. Wick Science Building is across the street. Engineering and Computing Center is across the parking lot.

Stearns Hall

A student residence is reimagined as "Simply Stearns," a reduced-amenities/reduced-cost housing option.

Unique to on-campus living are options such as co-ed floors, all-gender housing and rooms adapted for students with disabilities.
