Housing Application Instructions
Apply for On-Campus Housing
Follow these steps to fill out an application to live in one of our St. Cloud campus' residence halls.
- Log into e-Services with your StarID (i.e. ab1234cd) and password. (Link to log in below on this page)
- Select “Housing Application” and the semester you will begin at SCSU. To request an exemption, click on "Application Forms" and select the exemption form.
- Select "Apply."
- Select “Start Your Husky Experience with Us!” and follow the prompts.
- Your application is complete when:
- You submit your parent/family signed contract (under 18 only).
- A $200 prepayment is made.
All room reservations are first come, first served by the application completion date.
Difficulty Signing In?
Visit the StarID website to activate your StarID or change your password.
Live on campus again next year!
Next fall, think "Simply Mitchell."
The "Simply Stearns" concept is moving to Mitchell Hall in Fall 2024.
- Only returning students will be able to live on A and D wings of Mitchell Hall, in singles that are priced right just for returning students!
- Each Michell Hall floor has a kitchen, lounge, and laundry.
Newly added and securely designated entrance/exit for these residents.
- Several meal plans are available to choose from and remember that having a meal plan is optional for returning students.
Process Dates:
- Same room: February 7, 2024- February 12, 2024
- Different room: February 22, 2024-March 24, 2024
