Seeking Students’ Input

What are student views on in-person, online, and hybrid learning? How do they perceive advising and other student services? What are they looking for from campus life, in a post-pandemic world? Dr. Wacker serves as a panelist for a virtual event sponsored by The Chronicle to address these questions and highlight how colleges are preparing to reopen in the fall. In particular, panelists discuss the role of student feedback in shaping program and service improvements, and how it influences student satisfaction and retention. The panel examines how colleges can best solicit and analyze this feedback in a post-pandemic world. Joining President Wacker are senior leaders and students from Compton Community College, the University of Georgia, and Rutgers University.
