Questions? Call Placement Testing at (320) 308-8378.

Placement testing for new students at St. Cloud State University consists of the ACCUPLACER for Reading Comprehension and Math placement. Other tests, such as Biology, are available as determined by a student's intended major.

The purpose of the ACCUPLACER Placement Test is to provide you and the University with information about your current academic skill levels.

The results of the test will assist you and your academic advisor in selecting appropriate courses and support services as well as help you plan a course of study so you may have a successful college experience.
