Eligible students who are enrolled in St. Cloud State's international health insurance policy may also qualify to purchase insurance coverage from UnitedHealthcare for their dependents.

For more information on how to enroll your dependent's in St. Cloud State's international health insurance policy, please visit the United Healthcare Student Resources webpage. You will be required to complete a form from United Healthcare to request insurance coverage for your dependent. That form will require verification of eligibility from a Designated School Official (DSO) at St. Cloud State University.
