The mission of the MN Hwy Safety & Research Center is to provide educational activities which prevent financial loss, human trauma and to promote the safe and efficient operation of the highway transportation system.

MHSRC caters to developing drivers in all vehicle classes through year-round programs that provide drivers with the opportunity to experience real-life scenarios in a controlled environment. The uniquely designed 3 miles of paved and 2.5 miles of gravel track is located on 160 acres, southeast of St. Cloud, at 1805 U.S. Hwy 10 S.
