All meeting space capacities will be set up to accommodate physical distancing recommendations.

The health and safety of our students, staff, faculty and community are our main priorities.

On-campus requests

All requests by on-campus individuals or groups should be made through the Event Management System.

After logging in with your StarID and password, choose Reservations and select Welcome Center.

Off-Campus Requests

Off-campus users should complete and submit the following form to request use of Welcome Center spaces.

Included in room rental is LCD projector, screen, computer, and document camera. Also available flipcharts, easels, laser pointer (remote clicker), lapel microphone, and whiteboard. Include any additional needs below:
