Facility and services

Our flexible meeting spaces mean we can manage multiple arrangements for a single event. We easily accommodate small to medium group or up to 100 people.

You choose the space, technology and arrangement that best suits your class, conference or event. Then use our online reservation system.



You can count on the latest presentation technology in our rooms.

Wi-Fi access is free in all of our rooms.

Use our computer, bring a flash drive or bring your own laptop and connect easily to our equipment. Set-up is fast and simple.

Room Rental Fees

8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

  • Up to four hours: $150 plus parking
  • More than four hours: $225 plus parking

Expanded hours available by arrangement.


  • $10 daily set up fee for catered events, delivery service or food items brought in (includes table set-up, linens, clean-up, waste removal) 
  • $25 lobby fee - to be applied when using lobby in addition to meeting space rental (set-up for meals, reception, program)

Coffee and Water from the Welcome Center

  • $13       14 cups of coffee
  •   $5       1 dispenser of water
  • $16        coffee and water setup
  • $13        each additional 14 cups of coffee

Or, choose your favorite catering company to provide food and beverages for your event.
