Sexual Assault Reports on Campus

• 48: The number of incidents of sexual assault reported to St. Cloud State University during 2015-2017.
• 19: The number of total incidents in which the alleged victim chose to report to local or state law enforcement, to the extent that the institution is aware.
• 14: The number of incidents that resulted in any action by the institution greater than a warning issued to the accused.

Annual Security and Fire Report

The Annual Security and Fire Report is provided annually by the St. Cloud State Public Safety Department in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (a/k/a The Clery Act) of 1998 and the Higher Education Amendments of 1992.

State of Minnesota Office of Higher Education

St. Cloud State, along with other post-secondary institutions across the state, provides data to the Office of Higher Education which is compiled in the Sexual Assault Data Report.
