Additional fees

  • $100 cancellation fee if canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled rental
  • $30 per session technology/set-up fee when technology assistance is requested for video conferencing
  • Exclusive facility use rates also available


Rates are reviewed and subject to change each fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

The Space

Plymouth Campus - Unleash Your Experience

Natural light with large windows, knowledgeable staff to assist, audiovisual equipment: projection system/screen, document camera, built-in computer, classroom phone, ITV security cameras, web conferencing with presenter and participant view cameras, laptop HDMI connection, built-in microphone, speakers, wireless internet, in-floor charging.

Set up includes tables, chairs to be arranged per your request with some limitations. Decorations are provided by the renting organization. Decorating, food preparation, and cleanup must be completed during the contracted reservation time.

Scheduling

Academic Classes

All scheduling is completed by the St. Cloud State at Plymouth Facility Manager. Each program will submit a master schedule to the coordinator for classroom assignments prior to courses being entered into CTM. Due to limited classroom space, priority scheduling goes to full programs approved for the Plymouth location. Priority order for scheduling is:

  1. Entire graduate programs offered at Plymouth
  2. Stand-alone graduate courses from HBS/COSE/SOPA
  3. Other St. Cloud State courses/classes

Special Events

Job fairs, open houses, meetings, small conferences or expos, and workshops are examples of special events that may be scheduled at St. Cloud State at Plymouth. Special events are allowed and encouraged on a space-available basis. These events must be scheduled with the St. Cloud State at Plymouth Facility Manager in advance and are not to interfere with academic classes.

When classes are in session, special events must be contained in one room. Availability for special events is greater during daytime hours

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Catering for special events must be arranged through an outside vendor and is the responsibility of the organization hosting the event.

The St. Cloud State at Plymouth Facility Manager must be informed of all catering arrangements.
