Mental Health Resources
Trans Lifeline
Trans Lifeline provides transgender peer support through a confidential hotline. Through the associated link there are alternatives to finding support in the event that the hotline is not in operation.
The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project provides 24-hour confidential support for young LGBTQ+ individuals through the TrevorLifeline, TrevorText, and TrevorChat.

SCSU Counseling and Psychological Services
St. Cloud State University Counseling and Psychological Services provides various services to enrolled SCSU students including counseling, case management, and consultations.
National Alliance on Mental Illness
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) provides peer led support groups for individuals who are living with a mental illness. The peer led support groups include but are not limited to a LGBTQ+ Connection Support Group for LGBTQ+ individuals who are living with a mental illness and a BIPOC Connection Support Group for BIPOC who are living with a mental illness.
Reclaim
Reclaim provides LGBTQ+ individuals with mental health support by increasing accessibility to competent community therapy resources.
Substance Abuse
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration provides a tool that allows for a search of specific treatment options an individual may be seeking. This tool allows the individual to select options for the age, distance of location, language, medication assisted treatment, payment type, treatment type, as well as special programs which includes the LGBTQ+ community.
Pride Institute
Pride Institute provides substance abuse/use and mental health services to individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Pride Institution offers a residential treatment center for adults, a partial hospitalization program with lodging, an intensive outpatient program for adults, a kindred family program, as well as a sexual health program.
