The Aliveness Project
The Aliveness Project provides services such as at-home and onsite testing as well as a PrEP Clinic where preventative care is available. There are also resources available through The Aliveness Project that offer individuals who have been diagnosed with HIV/ AIDS a care team of doctors, case managers, and/ or referrals. An individual who is living with HIV/ AIDS has the option to become a member with The Aliveness Project to have access to additional benefits.

The Center for Sexual Health (University of Minnesota- Twin Cities) provides specialty areas in relationship and sex therapy as well as transgender health services.

CentraCare
CentraCare provides inclusive medical care to the LGBTQ+ community through various services. These services include but are not limited to primary care, sexual health care, gender affirming care, partner and family therapy, as well a support group.

Family Tree Clinic
The Family Tree Clinic provides services for reproductive and sexual health care as well as the MN Family Planning + STD Hotline.

Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood offers various services including but not limited to abortion referrals, birth control, HIV/ AIDS, STD testing and treatment, as well as education, resources, and services that are specific to the LGBTQ+ community.
Rural AIDS Action Network
Rural AIDS Action Network provides services to diverse clients by promoting advocacy and risk reduction. These services include but are not limited to medical case management, food vouchers/ nutrition programs, support groups, outreach and education, Narcan training and distribution, as well as HIV/ Hepatitis C testing.
SCSU Medical Clinic
The St. Cloud State University Medical Clinic provides services to enrolled SCSU students such as sexual screenings, contraceptives, vaccines, and physical exams.
