Community Involvement

The I-O Psychology faculty have worked with several organizations in the community outside of the Upward Consulting group including local organizations such as: 

• Big River Consulting Group
• Minnesota Workforce Center
• Employers Association Inc. 
• Evangelical Lutheran Church
• Korn/Ferry International
• MDA Leadership Consulting
• Bou-Matic

Contracts obtained by the I-O Psychology program have totaled more than $40,000 since the program began. These efforts beyond the classroom increase the program's connection to the community, provide additional learning experiences for students and additional resources for the program. 

I-O Psychology faculty and students also engage with the community thorough service learning projects that are part of course assignments
