Campus Visitors

St. Cloud State University continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19. Campus leaders are placing safety at the forefront of our strategy to provide an excellent educational experience for our students. Our campus will continue to be a part of the St. Cloud community and beyond as we work through the steps to reduce the risk of exposure to and transition of COVID-19. We appreciate the part that our campus facilities and services play in the broader community.

We asks that visitors (including contractors and vendors) planning to enter campus for more than 15 minutes complete a Self-Assessment Tool. This is a Minnesota State University initiative that is required for all campuses statewide to help reduce the rate of exposure and spread of COVID-19.

Before visiting campus in person,
individuals must complete the  COVID-19 Self-Assessment
.

This is a brief survey that takes a few minutes to complete. Questions identify potential symptoms or exposure to COVID-19 in the last 14 days. The survey prompts for a name and email address to send a green pass to proceed to campus or a message with recommendations for safety and wellness. Campus personnel and/or student ambassadors will ask to see the results of a completed survey as either printed document or on a smart phone. The information submitted through the self-evaluation tool is considered classified and highly restricted by Minnesota State.* Minnesota State has a robust processes in place to maintain the confidentiality of data, as well as to prevent, control, and minimize the impacts of any security incidents
