Leadership Institute
Call for Proposals
The 2020 Spring Leadership Institute will be held on April 17, 2020 at St. Cloud State University. The conference will feature the theme “Envisioning Higher Education for a New Decade” and we invite practitioners, researchers, and graduate students to share a proposal that relates to the challenges and opportunities facing higher education in the 21st century, such as:
- Higher education practices of the future
- Stakeholder engagement
- Trends impacting the future of higher education
- Diversity and social justice
- The new student majority
- New sources of funding
- Leadership style theory or practice
- Community partnerships and collaboration
- Pathways for career advancement
- Legal or judicial issues
- Women in leadership
- Academic and student affairs
- Racial, gender, and LGBTQA inclusiveness
- Collaborative programming
- Online education
- Higher education in the 21st century and beyond

Information needed for each presenter and co-presenter(s):
- Academic Title (i.e. Ph.D./M.A)
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number

- Employer’s name
Information needed for presentation:
- Presentation Title
- Presentation Abstract to be included in the program book (80-word limit)
- Detailed description of the presentation (300-word limit)
- Format of Presentation (i.e. panel, roundtable, storytelling, lecture)
