Fall 2021 Commencement will be held Dec. 17, 2021 in the Ritsche Auditorium in Stewart Hall. Tickets will be needed to obtain access to the Ritsche Auditorium. Graduates will receive tickets at check-in on the day of the event.

Overflow seating to watch the Livestream on a large screen will be in the Ballroom of the Atwood Memorial Center. No ticket is needed to watch in Overflow seating.




  • Parking in university lots and the 4th Avenue Parking Ramp is free on commencement day
  • Parking for people with mobility concerns will be in D Lot just north of Stewart Hall.
  • Street parking is available, as posted



Tobacco Free Campus

St. Cloud State is a tobacco-free campus. Our policy prohibits the use, sale and free distribution of smoking and smokeless tobacco products or any electronic delivery devices used for inhaling vapor (e-cigarettes) on university property. Tobacco use is allowed in private vehicles as long as respect is demonstrated for individuals and the environment.
