Matching Gifts

Students collaborate at St. Cloud State.

You can increase your gift's impact if you or your spouse or partner is affiliated with a company that has a matching gift program. Matching gifts are donations made to the St. Cloud State University Foundation by participating companies based on the amount of your gift and the company’s matching gift policy.  

There are more than 8,000 companies that match employee or affiliate contributions. These companies may also match gifts for retired employees, spouses and directors.

After you make a gift to the SCSU Foundation:

  1. Use the search engine on this page to navigate to your company's matching gift program information.
  2. Obtain a matching gift form from your human resources/personnel department:
    1. Complete the employee section and sign the form.
    2. Mail the completed form to:
      St. Cloud State University
      Lewis House
      720 4th Ave. S.
      St. Cloud, MN 56301
    3. The Foundation section of the form is completed and mailed back to your company.
    4. The match is made by the company.
