The Testing Center serves over 4000 people a year. The center gives both computer-based tests as well as paper-based tests. For all paper/pencil exams, the registration process is coordinated through the actual testing company via the company’s Web site or 1-800 phone number. For computer-based tests, some registrations are done on-site or via telephone through the Atwood Testing Center and some are coordinated through the specific testing company. For detailed information about registration procedures, click on the exam you are interested in taking.
The Testing Center does have limited seating; therefore, reservations for testing are made on a first-come, first served basis. For most exams, payment for testing occurs at the time of registration. Click on the specific exam for more details.
Most of the tests given at the Testing Center provide a way for students to apply to test with special accommodations for a documented disability. These arrangements must be made prior to registering for an exam. Please refer to the specific exam for more detailed information and instructions for application.
