Applications Available April 15 through June 1 For Spring 2013 Admission

Applications will be accepted April 15-June1, 2012 for admission into the Spring 2013 BSN Program at St. Cloud State. The application packet may be found on this website under Admissions and FAQ's. Potential candidates should pay careful attention to the process outlined in the packet as the process has underwent several changes. We are excited to welcome 40 new students in SCSU Nursing!

Welcome to the Department of Nursing

As a fully accredited member of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), the Department of Nursing offers two programs within the nursing discipline:

The four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, also termed "generic" or "traditional" program, is a 68-credit major program preparing caring professional clinicians for practice in contemporary health care settings. Students with a previous AA, BS, or BA degree may complete the program in less than four years.

The Accelerated Baccalaureate Program at St. Cloud State University has been suspended indefinitely. Limited resources have forced this decision. Future Accelerated Cohorts are uncertain at this time.
