For all hospitals, send official transcripts and application without fall semester grades. Then, after fall grades are available, send a second set of official transcripts.
In all cases: Students need "C" or better in all math and science courses (except CHEM 210). The GPA in the major and the overall GPA must be above 2.00 at all times (St. Cloud State graduation requirement).
