Students taking this pathway will be taking 53 credits to graduate with this major. Students have to take more credits in this major as it is a DUAL DEGREE. Students will end their schooling with a certificate to teach BOTH Health and Physical Education. Students will be able to teach health from Grades 5-12, and Physical Education will be Pre-kindergarten through 12th Grade.
Health and Physical Education Program Requirements
Students taking this pathway are required to take 45 credits to graduate with this major. Students will end with their certificate to teach Pre-kindergarten through 12th Grade Physical Education classes.
Physical Education Program Requirements
Students in this pathway WILL NOT end with any teaching certificates. This major focuses on a Bachelors of Elective Studies degree. Students are encouraged to take more 300-400 level courses and is customizable to students. Students have the opportunity to embed in content courses in Physical Education.
