With the student at the heart of every decision, President Tomso acts on the 4 R's — Retention, Recruitment, Revenue Generation, and Relationships.
Retention: Students persist and stay when they feel respected, cared for, and a sense of belonging.
Recruitment: Continue our momentum of high turnout at recruitment events, engagement with the community, and partnerships with community colleges.
Revenue Generation: Amplify fundraising efforts to support students, faculty, and staff as well as larger campus initiatives.
Relationships: Strengthen our ties to the community with key partnerships, Homecoming, and alumni events across the country.
