Discord is St. Cloud State’s primary online esports community. Join our SCSU Esports Discord for announcements and to chat with other gamers. You can also find us on multiple social media platforms!
SCSU Esports hosted over 200 events during the 2023-2024 academic year!
St. Cloud State offers two onsite gaming lounges that are free for students to use. The Huskies Esports Lounge in Atwood is our primary lounge and is available whenever Atwood is open. The Esports Lounge in Halenbeck is operated by Campus Recreation and is dedicated to console gaming.
St. Cloud State offers both Academy and Varsity esports teams. Scholarships available!
St. Cloud State offers academic courses and experiential learning opportunities for students interested in esports careers that will help shape students into working professionals in competitive gaming, marketing, casting and leadership.
Residential Life offers an esports-themed community in Mitchell Hall that groups students together with a common interest in gaming and esports. Students playing on all platforms are welcome. Students can indicate their interest in living in the esports community on their housing application in the Husky Housing Portal through eServices.
